Projektleiter (m/w/d)

(m/w/d) is responsible for consulting and supporting HR and all HR-supported business areas in all labour law issues and matters. You work closely with the HR business partners:inside, -consultants, -referent:inside and all other employees:in the HR area. You work with HR-supported specialist areas. You conduct self-responsibility and self-employed disputes (complaints, decision-making) in the first instance and accompany such proceedings in the second and third instances. You provide employment advice and negotiations as well as agreements with works councils You are taxing external lawyers in the processes and procedures you are responsible for. You follow the legal development of labour law and check their relevance for Vodafone and participate proactively with HR and departments You write and edit work-related documents, and correspondence of the company. You are analysing and examining upcoming legal issues, presenting solutions and assigning legal advice to the respective company background. You carry out work-related training of executives, HR business partners and other relevant groups of persons. You actively participate in the continuous development of the competence and efficiency of the Work Law area and work proactively with all interfaces in the company (e.g. Data Protection, Corporate Law, Areas, HR, ...)

What distinguishes you: First and Second Legal State Exams, of which at least one State Exam with the Note 'full satisfaction'' at least 3-5 years of professional experience as a lawyer in labour law (probably qualification as a specialist lawyer in labour law) or as a syndicate lawyer with forensic activity; ideally in an international group with matrix structures. Structured thinking and working methods as well as pronounced solution orientation; Project experience in complex issues, moderation capability Self-responsible work with a high degree of organisation. Very good communication skills Friendly and binding occurrence
