In the Maintenance Division, you have the technical and disciplinary leadership of the QHSE department with 12 employees at our locations and are responsible for ensuring the safety-related care of the sites and workshops, among others in the chemical/petrochemical industry They control cooperation and ensure the communication both internally and externally (e.g. with employees, employee representatives, clients, monitoring authorities, trade unions) They implement the requirements of the integrated management system in terms of quality, safety and health as well as the environment and energy They initiate and are responsible for projects to further improve the integrated management system and safety culture They support the coordination of the essential decentralized assignment functions such as fire protection officers or radiation protection officers in the QHSE department as an interface to management They carry out internal audits, supplier/subsidiary audits and participate in exclusivity procedures
