Do you want to start up in consulting and to co-design digitalization in the defence environment? Then, as a working student, Consulting & Strategy - Defence (m/w/d) come to our #TeamMaterna and support us in the digitization of the Bundeswehr as well as of companies in the defence sector.

you support our consultants in preparing appointments and presentations. conduct research on current topics and projects. actively participate in the work done within our defence projects. prepare strategic topics such as CAP analyses, SWOT analyses or market analyses and support the development of innovative concepts.

Your expertise Continuous studies in an STEM, Economic or Social Sciences course Interest in topics such as digitalization, strategy development and the defence environment (e.g. Bundeswehr and innovative companies in the security and defence sector). Interest and, if necessary, first contact points with political institutions at EU/NATO level. A good feeling for complex relationships and interest in incorporating into new topics Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Your personality You work analytically, structured and bring a high self-initiative. You are communicative, engaged and like to work in the team. You want to write your thesis in the consulting environment? No problem – care by us is possible.
