From 01.07.2026 we are looking for one for the area of East Germany and North Bavaria: Representation of Sparkassen-Versicherung Sachsen. You identify sales approaches based on market opportunities. You take over the preparation and implementation of sales measures to further develop the Composit distribution segment. You are responsible for the preparation and creation of cross-species. You organize professional events for brokers and conduct them. You maintain interfaces, in particular to brokers, offer management and the operating/character range. You create policy templates for the further development of the broker's sales path. You are responsible for controlling business success factors as well as objectives and measures in the area of responsibility. What we want: You have a successfully completed study of the business administration with a focus on insurance or insurance business training. a comparable training. You have several years of experience in commercial composite insurance business. It distinguishes a high personal and social competence, collaborative and integration ability, excellent communicative ability and negotiation skills.
