The state castles, castles and gardens of Saxony non-profit GmbH (SBG gGmbH) operates castles, castles and parks all over Saxony, which belong to the Free State of Saxony. The task of the SBG gGmbH is to preserve the objects, to cultivate them, taking into account culture, monuments and history, and to make them accessible to the public.

Implementation and control of maintenance and repair measures at the technical, constructional installations, including water and lighting systems Detection and implementation of small repair work Reading of counter readings and documentation in the CAFM system Coordination and control of stage, scene and exhibition structures at the venue Technical support and organisational protection of events Participation in the implementation and documentation of statutory audits and functional tests Participation in construction measures Participation in the construction of lighting, projection and sound systems Instruction, monitoring and control of the contracted companies and service providers Acquisition of small material including technical consumables Participation in compliance with the Ordinance Ensuring traffic safety in the indoor and outdoor areas including Winter service Participation in fire protection as fire protection workers ensure cleanliness, order and safety in indoor and outdoor areas Ready to call

Successfully completed vocational training as an event technician, or specialist for a craft or technical profession Including professional experience Safe appearance and communication and conflictability Team skills Physical resilience and flexibility Safe handling of MS Office applications Driving class B; C1 of advantage User knowledge of the CAFM Facility Management program desirable Basic knowledge of building control technology – Sauter of advantage EuP desirable lift licence desirable
