Your duties Development of global training and incorporation concepts for CRM and sales processes. Implementation of roll-based training for sales, management and executives. Promote change management and communication initiatives. Measurement of acceptance and determination of corrective measures. Development and support of regional trainers and local leaders. Promoting AI competence and awareness of the responsible handling of AI in sales. Training of users in AI-based CRM functions and analyses. Creation of trust in data and AI-based decision-making.

Your profile Completion in business management, human resources development, psychology or a similar field. Experience in training design, sales training or change management in an international environment. Experience in the development of role-based learning journeys and digital training formats. Impressed skills in change management and experience in supporting global rollouts. Experience in measuring acceptance and determining corrective measures. Embossed communication and coaching skills. Confidence with CRM training, sales processes and tools to promote digital acceptance. Ability to explain and mediate functions in a simple, user-oriented way. flowing English knowledge; German knowledge is desirable.
