(Senior) Legal Counsel International (m/f/d)

You represent our internationally active group of companies sovereignly and convincingly in legal matters (M&A processes, contract negotiations, litigation, support of group companies). You advise and supervise our departments and management competently in all legal matters, in particular the design and negotiation of contracts in the international context, with the focus on IT, IP and competition law. You contribute to the development of legal solutions and contracts at national and international level. You conduct contract negotiations in German and English. You actively contribute to the development of our legal strategies and processes.

You are full lawyers or have a completed master's degree in economic law (LL.M.). You have several years of relevant professional experience as a corporate lawyer or in an economic law-oriented firm. You bring well-founded knowledge in international economic law and in particular in the areas of contract and IP law. You have extensive experience in the independent preparation, leadership and conclusion of contract negotiations. You ideally have experience in the legal accompaniment of international business activities and work safely in an international environment. You convince by a structured, precise and solution-oriented way of working, as well as a safe occurrence against internal and external stakeholders. You communicate in German and English in a safe manner; further foreign languages are a plus.
