The Ballin Stiftung e.V. is an experienced sponsor of the Hamburger Kinder- und Jugendhilfe. The range of offers includes 20 day care centers, 12 GBS locations, 2 parents-child centres as well as our support services of the Hamburger Kinder- und Jugendhilfe in our 2 Meerzeit facilities on the North and Baltic Sea. For the public youth supporter of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, we carry out two stationary youth assistance offers for psychosocially burdened children from kita to primary school age. The Ballin Meerzeit complements a temporary fixed-term support offer as an early-use development-promoting offer of social-spatial assistance. The focus of our pedagogical work is on relationship design, participation and an appreciation of each other. As a holistic diagnosis, the Ballin Kinderdiagnostik clarifies the need for support for children and their families and provides recommendations for the further planning of assistance for the young people who are in need. We work resource-oriented and live an appreciation and open approach. The work with the children entrusted to us is geared to their needs, skills and development potential.
