Completed training as a nurse or Senior Caregiver (w/m/d) Ideally professional experience in child and youth psychiatry, psychosomatics or stationary youth assistance First leadership or leadership experience or motivation to take responsibility Empathy, team skills and an appreciation of young people with mental stress Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and resilience Very good German knowledge (at least C1) in word and writing The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
