You take the People Administration along the Employee Lifecycle – from contract creation to onboarding to offboarding, exit interviews and work certificates. Careful care and ongoing updating of the personal master files in all HR systems are guaranteed at any time as a poweruser. You also take over the administration of employee benefits and pay attention to compliance with labour, tariff and data protection regulations. In close cooperation with HR, Payroll, executives and external partners, you are looking for efficient processes. You participate in various HR projects and thus actively promote the digitization, automation and further development of our processes. In addition, you will create reports, evaluations and HR documentation.

Your profile

You have a completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on HR. Multiannual experience in HR Administration and People Operations. Finding knowledge of labour law and collective bargaining law as well as in personal processes distinguish you. Safe handling of HR systems, ideally personio, is part of everyday life for you and you are interested in digital HR solutions, automation and new technologies. A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working and knowledge of German at C2 level complete your profile.
