Product Manager Cyber-Security Services (m/w/d) is responsible for the development of strategic service businesses, in particular in the field of cyber security services, as well as for the promotion of business growth through the strategic orientation and management of business development for defined strategic solutions. Identify and develop the business potential of new strategic business areas, business models and future technologies Developing a decision-making template (including business case) and making a business decision Continuous analysis of market opportunities and the competitive environment Plan, coordinate and control all market strategies aimed at the current and potential markets for specific topics, taking into account the corporate objectives, the structure of the company and the partnerships Presentation and representation of the company at relevant organisations, companies and occasions Building and maintaining strategic partnerships and alliances Developing technical, organizational and process solutions in cooperation with the specialist departments to ensure the marketability of solutions Cooperation with the sales team to increase sales in the relevant business area Responsible management of cross-departmental solution initiatives

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification or multiannual experience in the IT/security environment Optional: Relevant Security and Service Management Certifications, e.g. CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundation, etc. Good knowledge of common security technologies and concepts (SIEM, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, network protocols, log analysis, incident repository) Solid IT basic knowledge in the areas of networks, operating systems, virtualization, cloud platforms and typical IT infrastructure in companies Solid market knowledge in the field of cyber security Understanding IT Service Management e.g. ITIL: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management Experience in the definition and monitoring of KPIs/SLAs e.g. reaction times, number/heavy of Incidents, False-Positive Rate Confidence with information security management e.g. ISO 27001, basic governance/risk/compliance requirements Embossed communication capability Strong analytical thinking, structured approach and problem-solving competence Enforcement and Conflictability Personal Features / Mindset High responsiveness, independence and reliability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing driving licence class B
