Are you working in scheduling and knowing that it needs more than a Gantt chart to lead projects to success? You come from Lean advice and want to take more responsibility? Then you will be part of our great team. We offer you a fascinating professional actuating field in an exciting and continuously growing team and a climate in which independent action is fun. As part of the Lean Solutions network, you also have the opportunity to make an active contribution to lean delivery in our projects and thus to actively develop scheduling. In this role you can work at a Drees & Summer location of your choice according to personal preference. Create and maintain schedules with scheduling software solutions (e.g. Primavera P6 and/or MS Project) and collaboration platforms (LCM-Digital, BIM, Power BI) Leading the term reporting with the performance of causes analyses and stability deviations Recording of actual data by collaborative workshops for deriving target-actual comparisons and forecasting of settlement scenarios Support for projects in the application of Lean Planning and organizing of Lean & Termine workshops and training for all project participants (external as internal) Application and further development of the Lean strategy as part of a holistic time management for our projects

Complete study of civil engineering, infrastructure management, process engineering or a comparable qualification Professional experience in appointment management (especially in the field of construction, infrastructure, battery and semiconductor production or industry) and in the creation of holistic project schedules Understanding processes and dependencies in the planning, tendering and execution phase and affinity for databases and process modeling Knowledge of common and experience with collaboration software solutions desirable German and English knowledge in word and writing Germany-wide readiness with about 1 to 2 nights per week Analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as fun at work in interdisciplinary teams
