For our headquarters in Neumünster we are looking for the fastest possible time Marketing / Video Content Specialist (m/w/d) 40-hour basis.

In this versatile position you are our driving force for moving images and media technology. You work across departments and in direct coordination with colleagues from marketing, sales and customer service. You report directly to the marketing management as well as the management and profit from our flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths.

As with all our key positions in marketing, you are a brand manager. A pronounced brand awareness is essential, because you always keep the Brand Bestway® in focus and make sure that all measures in the video area are based on our brand identity.

As a communicative team player, you’re an important interface: You'll have a close relationship with the entire marketing team (especially with the content and creative team) as well as with external agencies. In doing so, you are in demand as an organizational talent and technology professional who successfully implements our moving image strategy behind the scenes.

Your tasks

Video Content Creation & Management: In close cooperation with the team, manage, create and process targeted video content for our customers, online platforms and social media channels. Script creation & Agency control: You create creative and precise video scripts (Storyboards) and work closely and trustfully with our external partner agencies when implementing video projects. Editorial planning: You are responsible for creating and maintaining the video editorial plan and take over the cross-channel content planning. YouTube & Clipster Management: You're planning our YouTube channel as well as our performance at Clipster and further developing our range there strategically. Event- & Medientechnik: You take over the technical leadership of our online partner trainings and other digital events. You are also responsible for the care and maintenance of our internal media technology. Reporting & Analysis: You monitor the success of your actions, create dashboards, as well as analyses and guide meaningful action recommendations based on relevant KPIs.

Foundation: You have a completed training as a media designer (focus on digital media) or a comparable qualification and brings well-founded practical experience in creating and managing video content. Software & AI tools: You are safe to use Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Premiere Pro) and Canva. A particularly important point is your safe handling of popular video AI tools to set up our processes in a future-oriented manner. MS Office (especially Excel for data management and organization) are also easy to use. Technical know-how: You bring good knowledge in the maintenance and operation of audiovisual technology components. Experience in routing and switching video and sound signals is a big plus. Languages: You are compelling to bring German knowledge to C2 level – this is essential for error-free text overlays, scripts and possibly AI synchronizations. You also have very good English skills. Brand consciousness & Storytelling: You have a strong brand understanding (Brand Awareness), write convincing video scripts and have a secure sense of exciting, target-group-oriented content. Team: You are an absolute team player, communicate strongly with a variety of departments and ideally bring first experience in agency control.
