About the role We are looking for a Program Manager (m/w/d) at our location in Neuenstadt a.K.

Your duties Responsibility for planning, controlling and successful implementation of customer and product programs - from the concept phase to the serial output Creation and proactive control of the program schedule taking into account costs, quality, dates and customer requirements Management and coordination of interdisciplinary teams from development, quality, purchasing, production, logistics and other areas of expertise Responsibility for a smooth product and production start as well as the achievement of all program and gate milestones Control of change management and coordination of the implementation of product and process changes Implementation of programme, phase, launch and gate reviews and follow-up of measures Identification and escalation of risks and introduction of appropriate countermeasures and emergency plans Control of the start-up cost budget and monitoring of quality, time and cost targets Contact for customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders in all program-relevant topics

How to find Complete studies with the field of business management, engineering or a comparable area Knowledge of production planning, quality control and process optimization Experience with project management methods and lean management of advantage German and English skills
