Fully qualified lawyer / in-house lawyer in banking law with a focus on insolvency and restructuring law (m/f/d)

At our headquarters in Düsseldorf, you will become a member of our law, board office & data protection department in the practice team specialized in Restructuring, Litigation and insolvency law. You take over the comprehensive legal advice of TARGO Deutschland GmbH and its subsidiaries in complex banking issues with a focus on bankruptcy and remedial law, workout and process management The supervised product focus is on refurbishment constellations in the areas of national and international corporate financing, in particular in the areas of acquisition financing and asset and real estate financing. In the case of engagements with a foreign relationship, the close control of the procedures with the involvement of external (possibly foreign) law firms is required. In addition, you will support complex issues of security implementation and, where appropriate, Forced execution You work together in the team with other experienced colleagues, both from the legal venue established in specialist groups and from other departments of the bank and external law firms. You have relevant professional experience, like acquired in a firm or legal department of a financial institution You have completed your legal training ideally with appropriate orientation and at least one predicate exam Additional qualification (e.g. LL.M., doctorate or experience abroad) is desirable but not necessarily You are a solution-oriented team player and value collegiality and efficient action You have joy in shaping and show their own initiative, persuasiveness and strength of decision You have the view and understanding of economic relations You have the ability to communicate even complex legal issues visually and addressably and it is fun to share this knowledge You have a strong sense of understanding, classifying and minimizing legal risks You master the English language in a safe manner. French language skills are very welcome, but no requirement

You will get an indefinite contract, 13 monthly salaries and 30 days holiday (with additional holiday models expandable). You can work in full or part-time, home office is up to 50% possible.
