You are responsible for creating mathematical models of complex kinematics for measuring technology. The entire process falls from model approach and implementation to validation in your area of responsibility

You develop performant program code for performing computation-time-intensive simulations

You use measurement data for parameter identification for your models. Use different mathematical tools to analyze the measurement data with regard to anomalies and create complex cause-effect relationships

You have a decisive influence on the product development process to the serial product by advancing mathematical models for the simulation of real measuring systems and optimizing them with the aim of high measurement quality

You are part of an interdisciplinary development team, get so deep insights into other areas of expertise and have a significant impact on the quality and success of new products

completed studies in mathematics/informatics or comparable discipline with a high proportion of mathematics

extensive knowledge of higher mathematics (analytical geometry, statistics, optimization)

pronounced programming knowledge in Python, MATLAB or a similar script language – also C++

Experience in mathematical modeling and simulation

sound engineering basic knowledge

Interest and enthusiasm for solving technical problems

Advantage: Knowledge in the field of solid-state mechanics (stance & dynamics)
