Construction Manager Flat Roof Construction (m/f/d)

● You conduct sophisticated flat roof construction projects in the Stuttgart area and in the Württemberg region autonomously and carry the technical as well as commercial costs and earnings responsibility up to successful acceptance. ● You co-ordinate and run the employees and contractors used on the construction sites, monitor the professional and VOB-compliant execution and ensure compliance with quality, dates and project specifications. ● You engage customers throughout the entire project execution, clarify technical and organizational questions and actively participate in the calculation and acquisition of new flat roof construction projects.

● You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering or architecture or training as a technician or master and have over several years of professional experience as a construction manager, ideally in flat roof construction or in a related structure. ● You're routined with the VOB, Microsoft 365 and common building software, and you're drawing on an independent, responsible and efficient way of working. ● You have the class B driver's license and communicate clearly and reliably with customers, employees, entrepreneurs and other project participants.
