This is your precinct

• Your responsibility:** You pick up your loaded food truck in the service center in Bobeck and drive to your sales area.
• **Works & sales:** You grow up, grill our specialties to the point and sell them with pride.
• **quality without compromise:** Hygiene and service are an honorary thing for you – for your customers you are the barbecue boss on site.
• **Full gas days:** The work is physically and mentally demanding. You stand outside in any weather and give everything for perfect grilling. That's hard, so you work full time in 3-4 days a week.

This is your profile

• *Power & endurance:** You are physically fit, at least 1.70 m tall, right-handed (for ergonomics on the grill) and look for the challenge.
• **Reliability:** You're the rock in the fire. When it's done, you're here when it's burning, you're cool.
• **guide:** Class B (car) is mandatory
• **Language:** Good German so you can inspire your customers.
• **Mindset:** You want to get performance to earn above average.

Your reward for hard work:

• More performance, more money: Start your training as a barbecue master with 2,500 € gross fix. Thereafter, up to 4,500 € gross is possible by sales commission. Whoever moves more deserves more. There’s a free additional company insurance, corporate benefits and a monthly charge on the property cover card.
• More time for the family: We work hard but efficient in 3 to 4 days a week. **Sundays, assembly and holidays are always free!** We offer 28 days holiday (at 5-day week) and business holiday 23.12. - 6.1.
• **stability:** Unlimited contract in a family business that keeps your back free: intensive incorporation with a lot of practice on the grill, running coahing, workwear and laundry service are included, free drinks and we will help you find the apartment, authorities, if necessary.
• **Future:** Top-Leuts we finance the truck driver license (class C) for larger barbecue cars and more sales. Career option as a barbecue instructor, stand-alone developer or sales manager.
