Production assistant (m/f/d)

SBF Speziallampen GmbH is a recognized technology and quality leader for ceiling and lighting systems in rail vehicles. We develop, design and manufacture indoor and outdoor lighting as well as complete ceiling and ventilation systems for trams, subways, regional and high-speed trains - competent, innovative and in the highest quality. Our customers include the leading international rail vehicle manufacturers. Our team currently comprises 130 employees. The company is based in Leipzig.

We are looking for several manufacturing aids (m/w/d) at the next possible time.

Your area of responsibility includes the following activities:

• performing activities in one of the manufacturing departments (adhesive technology / (pre) assembly).
• Adhesive technology: Ensure careful pre- and post-treatment of the adhesive surfaces after instruction, as well as the practical and standard execution of the A3 adhesives accompanied by an adhesive.
• Preassembly/assembly: parts, assemblies, components are to be mechanically and/or electrically mounted using tools, devices, mounting devices.
• Technical drawings or circuit diagrams are used as a specification for the independent execution of the assembly.
• Different manufacturing materials such as e.g. metal, plastic or glass.
• The assembly includes the operations of riveting, drilling, screwing, insulating, pressing, cable assembly / cabling and crimping.
• report deviations from technical documentation.
• Packaging of finished products according to requirements.
• Factory self-control according to requirements.
• Use in the respective other manufacturing departments as needed and suitability.
