Leadership and coordination of the team in order intake with the aim of smooth order acquisition, testing and processing in the trade area Germany Interface communication with sales, production, storage and accounting Planning and control of goods availability in coordination with warehouses and production Monitoring stocks and triggering of relocations or production relocations Coordination and coordination with national and international freight forwarders regarding shipping dates, loading capacities and transport requirements Ensuring compliance with all legal Track & Trace requirements according to EU guidelines

Completed commercial training or completed studies focusing on logistics, supply chain, industry or trade Multiannual professional experience in order processing, ideally with leadership responsibility Experience in logistics planning and disposition, ideally in regulated areas Careful and structured operation Safe handling of MS Office applications Knowledge in handling ERP systems, warehouse management systems and, where appropriate, Track & Trace tools Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
