As Head of Corporate Treasury & M&A (m/w/d), you actively shape the Group's financial strategy and support it as a savings partner. The following exciting tasks await you:

Liquidity Management and Cash Steering: Through active, group-wide liquidity management, you can always ensure payment capability, tax cash pooling, in-house banking, intercompany financing and cash flows, optimierst working capital and cash conversion cycles, and analyse cash flow drivers as well as liquidity risks to derive appropriate measures

Strategic treasury management: You develop and implement the Group-wide treasury strategy in line with the corporate and financial strategy, actively tax liquidity, capital structure and financing mix to ensure financing capability

Financial and capital market management: You are structuring, negotiating and implementing financing including ESG inspections, ensuring stable and diversified access to finance and the use of funding opportunities, cares relevant financing partners, monitors covenants, financing conditions and funding programmes

Liquidity Planning and Reporting: You continue to develop liquidity planning, forecasts and reporting, and help to ensure a sustainable basis of decision

Processes and digitization: You drive the standardization, digitization and automation of treasury processes and systems

Governance: You ensure, establish and develop control, standards and audit-proof processes to comply with treasury policies, regulatory requirements and compliance requirements

M&A: You support M&A activities in particular for financing structure, liquidity assessment and integration. You participate in the Financial Due Diligence and the assessment of financial impact, integrierst new companies in treasury structures, systems and processes, and accompany post-Merger integrations

You have successfully completed your university degree in economics and ideally have additional qualifications, such as CFA

You bring many years of relevant experience in corporate treasury and several years of leadership experience in the international environment

You convince us with your knowledge of liquidity management, cash forecasting, financing solutions and capital structure

Funded experience in the transformation of treasury structures as well as in complex financing, we require

You think entrepreneurial, trade analytic and have the ability to use financial control as a strategic competitive advantage

You convince by negotiation strength, enforcement ability and a sovereign occurrence
