People Lead IT (m/f/d)

As People Lead IT (m/w/d), you are disciplinary for two cross-functional development teams from the Area Marketplace. Your focus is clearly on the leadership, development and support of employees, as well as on a trusted and powerful collaboration within the teams. The position offers the opportunity to spend your working time in proportion to the home office. We work together twice a week at the headquarters in Erkrath and promote direct exchange.

You have completed a course or a degree. You bring at least five years of experience in a leadership or people leadership role from the IT or agile environment. Your strong passion for employee leadership, personnel development and team work is yours. In addition, you already have experience in dealing with conflicts, change situations and different personalities. You are familiar with the cooperation in cross-functional and agile teams. In addition, you will have the ability to effectively manage even without professional detail control. Knowledge of topics such as personnel planning, capacity assessment or key figures are helpful, but not at the heart of the role. In order to be able to communicate well in your team, you bring very good English and German knowledge.
