As Head of Digital Assets (m/w/d), you play a central role in designing and shaping the future of our Digital Assets strategy. Your main tasks include: Strategic role: You are responsible for the thematic and professional management of our bank-wide digital asset team and manage the strategic orientation and operational implementation of complex initiatives in the field of digital assets. In close cooperation with the department and board level, you will develop and implement the digital assets strategy, for example for crypto assets, stablecoins and tokenization. Presentation: You represent the topic both internally and externally, including in relevant specialist bodies, and strengthen our position on the market. Team and Process Optimization: Together with our bank-wide expert teams, you design resource plans and define collaboration frameworks. You establish and optimize operations with colleagues from the relevant departments to ensure smooth processes and efficient control. Project Management & Stakeholder Communication: You ensure transparent project execution, define clear responsibilities in interaction with internal departments and external service providers and coordinate the preparation of relevant documents for stakeholders.

Successfully completed study of economics or comparable degree course with corresponding focus Long-term, relevant professional practice in the financial sector and at least 5 years of expertise in Digital Assets and Distributed-Ledger Technology Management experience, also gained through the management of complex implementation projects Very good German and English in word and writing, ideally complemented by experience abroad Communication skills and a sovereign appearance towards management, complemented by entrepreneurial thinking and the ideal mix of team spirit and initiative Excellent organizational and time management competencies, coupled with a solution-oriented approach and the ability to proactively build and establish new topics
