Vehicle management: coordination of used cars and transporters for fast processing and optimal presentation Quality assessment: assessment of delivered vehicles, performance of input controls and evaluation of optical and technical damage Process control: commissioning and controlling internal and external service providers for troubleshooting Leasing withdrawals: Customer support in the return of vehicles and the handling of all formalities Analysis & Reporting: Creating evaluations and sales figures to support the sales team Support: sales colleagues in the sales process and participation in events and presentations around our used cars

Training: completed commercial or technical training, ideally with experience in the automotive sector Experience: Excellent knowledge of vehicle trade or the automotive industry Organizational design: Structured work, rapid understanding and independent coordination of processes Communication: Open, secure appearance and joy at customer contact Technical understanding: Safe handling of computer systems and driving licence class B
