Project Management / Product Owner for Innovation Projects (m/f/d)

You lead complex, strategic corporate projects, from the idea to the conception and the successful implementation of new (digital) solutions. You translate complex problems into binding target sizes, develop future-oriented concepts and implement them together with your cross-functional project team, e.g. to optimize insured control, customer interaction & automation or third-party business. You align their team with the defined project objectives and provide clarity, direction, progress and orientation to the needs of their customers and customers. You are responsible for schedules, manage meetings & workshops, manage resources and budget for their projects. You work closely with stakeholders, take up requirements, communicate progress and results and are available as savings partners for management. You help your team achieve their goals and promote a learning culture. You take over team roles, design workshops and take responsibility for good cooperation.

You ideally have a master's or graduate degree in the field of business/people management, (economic) informatics, health economics or a comparable qualification in a field relevant to the advertised entity. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You are motivated to help shape the digital transformation and health care and to go new ways together with us. You have at least three years of practical experience in project management or product management of (digitalization) projects. You have well-founded hybrid project management method knowledge and ideally certification in agile and/or classic project management. You are acquiring numbers and data, safe in handling Microsoft Office and Project/Product Management tools and can communicate complex facts in a comprehensible way. You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, self-employment and problem-solving competence, as well as an analytical and conceptual way of thinking and working. You are open to occasional travel to project workshops or campus meetings. You want teamwork, feedback, moderation and an open exchange.
