Leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team Ensuring plant availability and minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance strategies Planning, control and optimisation of maintenance and repair measures to machines, production facilities and building technology in compliance with work safety-relevant regulations such as DGUV, VDE, ASR etc. Budget responsibility, cost control and investment planning in the field of technology and buildings Supporting construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation projects and cooperation with external service providers and authorities Implementation and further development of standards on occupational safety, energy efficiency and sustainability (active cooperation in energy management)

Technical training with further education to the technician/master or a completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, facility management Multiannual professional and management experience in maintenance/technology, ideally in a manufacturing company Structured and independent operation Embossed social competence as well as team and leadership High level of organisational skills, problem solving and technical understanding High sense of responsibility, commitment and reliability Load capacity and enforcement capacity
