For an industrial company, we are looking for service technicians networks at the locations Munich and Nuremberg as soon as possible.

The position must be replaced by the option to take over.

Your profile • completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g. as a specialist system integration, IT customer service, IT system electronics, IT system business, service technician IT, information electronics or comparable training or Experience • Network Experience: Cisco, TCP/IP • Required certification: CCNA • Ready to work in the layer model • good knowledge of German • Class B driving licence

Your duties • Configuration and operation of network management, monitoring, documentation and interference by a ticket system • Configuration and operation of routing and switching systems from Cisco manufacturer • Configuration and operation of Access technology based on copper and glass fibre • Processing of fault messages • Working on network projects • coverage of service times from Monday to Saturday with a team-internal layer model
