You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of your team and develop your employees in a targeted manner You control the expansion and operation of our network infrastructure in Pforzheim and the region – in close coordination with internal bodies and external service providers You actively support your team in day-to-day business, especially in the maintenance and expansion of our copper and glass fiber-based communications networks You are central to escalation cases and clarify complex technical and organizational concerns of our customers: You ensure efficient monitoring and are responsible for a professional handling of disturbances including the organization of telecommunication readiness You analyse existing processes, optimize processes, drive their continuous development forward and answer the corresponding documentation in the Operations Manual

You have completed electrotechnical training with further training to master or a comparable qualification You bring experience in the telecommunications industry, ideally in the technical network operation, with You have very good knowledge in network technology and in the application of MS-Office You have experience in employee management and understand how to steer and motivate teams A strong entrepreneurial thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working out A high level of empathy, conflict resolution competence and team orientation complete your leadership profile
