They independently accompany our customers throughout the entire purchase process. Check and evaluate precious metals such as dental gold, old gold, jewelry, coins and bars with your expertise. When dealing with business, you will also show expertise and empathy. You process customer requests and orders independently, with discreet and conscientious handling of all concerns. You bear the responsibility of the cash bank and the precious metal stock in our branch in a knowledgeable, careful and predictive manner. As a team player you appreciate your colleagues and their active support, because you are open to new perspectives and thus contribute to improving cross-departmental cooperation.

Ideally, you will bring first professional experience in retail or a completed commercial training (e.g. bank merchant, office management merchant, retail merchant). They have a high customer and service orientation as well as enthusiasm for the sale and sale of precious metals. Sovereign and stylish appearance as well as a positive appearance is of course for you. Experience in buying and selling precious metals or in a similar area is of advantage. They bring their own initiative, commitment, flexibility and strong team skills.
