You advise project teams in the development of control measures and specialist concepts as well as in the design of use cases and business cases. You create resilient economics, benefits and impact analyses and develop sound decision templates for business management and management. You bring your expertise to the development of new business models, transformation initiatives and change management concepts. You observe trends and developments in the insurance and health market and derive action options and innovation potentials for the PBeaKK. You moderate workshops, structure decision-making processes and impart methodological competence in the areas of innovation, market and economic consideration. You support the selection of suitable partners and service providers for innovation projects and the creation of tender documents. You promote the achievement of the project teams and actively contribute to a culture of learning, cooperation and continuous improvement. You ideally have a master's or graduate degree in the field of economics, business informatics, mathematics, natural sciences or a comparable qualification in a field relevant to the advertised job. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You have experience in business consulting, business consulting, product management or management of transformation and digitization projects. You have well-founded knowledge of the development of business cases, cost-effectiveness analyses, value assessments and data-based decision-making templates – optimally tested in health and insurance. You master structured problem-solving methods and are able to quickly capture, structure and prepare complex issues in an address-oriented manner. You combine innovation joy with analytical thinking and have a good understanding of technology, especially on the topics of digital health, automation or artificial intelligence.
