The facility management department in the field of building and operating technology is to be occupied indefinitely at the next possible time. The place is in principle divisible.

The Facility Management (FM) department, with about 100 employees, provides a wide range of services to the buildings with their extensive technical infrastructures for a modern research and teaching establishment on a useful area of approx. 120,000 m2 ready.

Maintenance tasks for building control technology, heating, ventilation, sanitary and special equipment Personal responsibility for a small team (3 people) Participation in the optimization of plants in the context of reconstructions, renewals or renovations Participation in readiness Support/P ege of building control technology Contact person for foreigners in the MSR/GLT area

Complete university studies (preferably in the field of building automation/building and energy technology or comparable) or technicianin or masterin with electrotechnical vocational training Multiannual professional experience desired Good PC knowledge Knowledge of building control and HLS Programming skills in the range of controllers/DDC substations are advantageous
