HR Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Own-responsible implementation of the monthly pay bill for a defined group of employees using SAP HCM / S/4HANA Competent contact person for employees, executives and HR colleagues in all matters relating to pay billing, social security, pay tax and time management Ensuring compliance with statutory, collective and operational requirements in the area of Payroll Maintaining and managing personnel master files and ensuring high data quality in HR systems and digital personnel records Implementation of reporting and certification as well as communication with health insurance funds, authorities, social security institutions and other external institutions Compilation of evaluations, statistics, reports, provisions and support for monthly and annual accounts work Preparation and monitoring of internal and external audits (e.g. pay tax and social security audits) Working with the continuous optimization, digitization and standardization of payroll and HR processes Active participation in the further development of our HR system landscape and in the development of interfaces and digital solutions Support and cooperation in cross-departmental projects and the implementation of new technologies and processes

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with continuing training in staffing, pay billing or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the pay bill of an industrial company Good knowledge of the law of the metal and electrical industry Baden-Württemberg Knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law Secure handling of SAP HCM and/or SAP S/4HANA as well as common MS Office applications, especially Excel Ideally experience in the cooperation or control of HR and digitization projects Extensive numerical affinity as well as a structured, careful and self-responsible way of working High service orientation, team capability, discretion and reliability in handling sensitive data Analytical thinking and joy in questioning and developing processes
