Engineer TGA (m/f/d)

Own-sponsored support and further development of technical building equipment with a focus on sanitary, heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology (SHK). Analysis, assessment and prioritization of maintenance, refurbishment and refurbishment measures at building facilities. Successfully completed study of supply technology, building technology, energy and environmental technology, technical building equipment or a comparable field of expertise. Alternatively, a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the field of TGA/SHK. Multiannual experience in planning, operation or maintenance of technical building equipment desirable. Good knowledge of relevant technical regulations, standards and legal requirements. Experience in project management and in the control of external service providers and specialist planners. Knowledge in the field of energy efficiency, energy management or building control. Safe handling of current MS Office applications. Management of SAP Analytical and structured operation as well as pronounced solution orientation. Responsibility, initiative and organisational skills. Communication strength and joy in cross-disciplinary cooperation. Driving licence (class B or 3) required Ready to call desirable/required
