Your task

Support of the sales process from independent supply creation to order intake for a request management SaaS solution Care and development of customer and sales data in the CRM system Coordination of customer appointments Tracking sales opportunities/ sales opportunities Licence Management Support Creation of reports, evaluations and presentations for sales controlling Support in marketing activities, trade fairs and customer surveys Processing of customer requests

Completed commercial or technical training or completed studies (e.g. BWL, economic engineering) First experience in sales Secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, EXCEL) Structured, independent and customer-oriented operation Embossed communication and team skills Very good German and good English skills
