In our department, we design an essential aspect of electromobility for Mercedes-Benz: the charging and high-voltage system for our electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles with the associated charging services (e.g. the Mercedes-Benz Eco-Coach). We are looking for and finding new solutions that help shape a sustainable future and inspire our customers. Our contribution to the company strategy ''Electric only'' and ''Ambition 2039'' encompasses the complete development process of new charging services from the concept phase to the implementation of the series. We focus on customer needs (UI/UX), necessary IT interfaces between app and vehicle, vehicle architecture itself and, of course, holistic system integration in future series. Responsibility for versatile and exciting tasks in the field of project management and charging

Daily new challenges in international project management at Mercedes-Benz

Insights into Specifications, Feature Testing, Lean & Agile Management, Strategy Development and More

These challenges include: Support of the project manager for the organization, appointment preparation and tracking of tasks in a research project for bidirectional charging

Analysis and evaluation of charging, use and energy data from pilots and field trials

Preparation and support of development activities and structured documentation of requirements and feedback

Working with simulations and evaluations of Use‐Cases from customer and energy system perspective

Preparation of results and status for presentations, decision-making and project documentation

The activity can begin from May 2026.

Current technical studies focusing on electromobility, energy technology, economic engineering, business informatics

Analytical understanding and interest in data analysis, energy systems and technical contexts

First experience with data processing, simulations or technical tools

Structured, independent working and basic technical understanding for customer and system topics.

Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
