As part of our strategy team, you will form the future of the Jungheinrich Group in a central position and bear responsibility for the (further) development and monitoring of our current and future corporate strategy. As part of the strategy process, you take the lead of different strategy projects and intensively engage in individual strategies, regions or business areas. With your topics, you are always close to the central decision-makers of the Group, moderate strategy workshops with the Board of Management and the first reporting level, and form meaningful communication and decision-making templates for Executive Board, Supervisory Board and other stakeholders. You are responsible for further key issues of the strategy team, e.g. portfolio management of the current and new corporate strategy, leading large strategy projects of the Group and providing a solid database with systematic market, trend, scenario and competitive analyses.

Completed studies (business management, economic engineering, etc.) or comparable qualification as well as well as well-founded professional experience in e.g. corporate strategy, corporate development, in the direction of strategic projects and/or in the management consulting Passion for strategy, pronounced design motivation, commitment and team spirit Strong analytical and methodological competence, very safe handling of numbers and data as well as excellent MS Office knowledge experience with AI applications; no bareness to apply AI in everyday work Strong stakeholder management, safe and eloquent appearance at all hierarchical levels as well as pronounced communication and presentation capability in German and English
