The Diakonische Altenhilfe Wuppertal is one of the largest providers of old aid in the Bergisches Land with eight stationary facilities, three day care, a short-term care, two mobile care services and other offers for care, care and hospice work. More than 1,000 employees accompany around 1,600 people on an outpatient and inpatient basis. For our controlling team in the head office, we are looking for a personality that combines economic competence with understanding of the challenges of old aid.

Implementation and preparation of nursing kit negotiations APG-DVO and application for funding Cooperation with nursing societies, authorities, LVR and top associations Own responsible production of monthly and quarterly reports Participation in annual accounts and economic planning Preparation of economic basis for decision-making for the sustainable management of our facilities Creation of economic analysis and economic evaluations Consultation and support of our institutions and departments in economic issues Further development of controlling and reporting processes

Complete studies in the field of business management, health economy, controller IHK or comparable Professional experience in controlling – ideally in health care or care Knowledge of nursing and investment cost negotiations are helpful – but more importantly, we need analytical thinking and the ability to work safely into complex issues.
