(Senior) Recruiter/ Recruiting Coordinator - International Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

Your task Creating tasks: Conception and operational implementation of recruiting strategies for the acquisition of industrial and technical specialists and managers within and outside the EU for positions in Germany Responsibility: Identification and establishment of suitable recruiting channels as well as the establishment of a network to authorities, institutions and external service providers as well as international Leadec units Implementation of projects: elaboration of specific programs / concepts from recruiting to onboarding Ensure communication: Company representation at recruiting and networking events Precisely implement: control of the respective recruiting processes as well as performing the pre-selection and initial discussions as well as accompanying the candidates up to the onboarding phase Living in cooperation: narrow interface with local recruiting teams, HR / HR international and our specialist areas; Identification of supported programs and projects with authorities and organisations (e.g. Chambers of Crafts, Chambers of Industry and Commerce)

Your profile Education: Completed studies, for example, in the field of economics, technical BWL, industrial engineering or commercial training, for example, in the field of personnel services businessman/wife or comparable qualification Experience: Multiannual professional experience in project work and operational recruiting of professionals and managers within and outside the EU, preferably in industry or personnel services Know-how: Very good knowledge of national and international recruiting channels, very good knowledge of the recognition procedures of international training and qualifications via HWK and IHK FOSA and ideally a good national and international network Personality and Operation: Self-Employed and Structured Operation, Strategic Thinking and Enforcement, Strong Service Orientation, Ideas and Team Spirit Languages: Very good German and English skills, further language skills of advantage (e.g. Croatian, Romanian, Spanish, Hungarian, Polish) Use: National and international readiness
