As a Business Manager Marketing & Sales (m/w/d), you play a key role in developing our marketing and sales organization. You are responsible for the design, control and implementation of key initiatives to promote growth, increase efficiency and sustainable market positioning. You work closely with management and departments and actively promote the optimization of processes, structures and sales-relevant measures. You will report directly to the Director Marketing & Sales. Development and implementation of integrated marketing and sales strategies to increase growth, performance and market position Management and implementation of cross-departmental projects including planning, control and success control Analysis and Optimization of Marketing and Sales Processes for Efficiency Enhancement and Sustainable Improvement of Results Introduction, piloting and further development of new tools, processes and innovative measures in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders Creation of analyses, reports and decision templates for management and departments Conception and implementation of training and enablement measures for the successful introduction of new processes and procedures

Complete study of the business economy or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management, ideal for marketing & sales; Experience in business consulting of advantage Funded understanding of markets, customer needs and go-to-market strategies Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Office as well as ideal experience with digital tools and AI/LLM applications Structured, analytical and self-responsive operation with pronounced communication and presentation strength German and English knowledge and willingness to regularly travel (about 30%) In the case of the same suitability, applicants are preferably taken into account in the case of severe disability.
