Internal Sales Clerk - Order Processing (m/f/d)

You process and monitor customer orders independently – from order collection to delivery You ensure a timely order processing, including internal coordination with production, logistics and sales You create order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices You maintain and update customer master data and monitor delivery dates You are contact person for customers:in case of questions about orders, delivery status and products You support the optimization of internal processes to improve throughput times and customer satisfaction

You have a successfully completed 3-year professional training You have a very good understanding of business processes and experience in order processing or customer service You are safe to use ERP systems and MS Office You are fluent in German and have good English skills in word and writing You work independently, structured and precise You are characterized by pronounced communication skills, service orientation and reliability
