Architect (f/m/d) in the Office of Building Construction and Facility Management

With over 1,300 employees, the Landratsamt Konstanz is one of the largest employers in the region. Our around 30 specialist offices offer a wide range of career prospects and the opportunity to shape the district of Konstanz in a sustainable manner. Our Office for Building and Building Management is responsible for the real estate of the county – from administrative buildings to schools and sports halls to shelters for refugees. The Hochbau unit plans and implements challenging construction projects as well as expansion, renovation and conversion measures to the rural areas. The focus is on sustainability, climate protection and modern usage concepts. We are now looking for an architect or an architect (w/m/d). The office is in office for the time being limited until 31. December 2026.

You plan and coordinate construction measures at schools and service buildings. You take over the building function and project management in externally assigned measures. You conduct the procurement and contract management (VOB, HOAI) in a project-leading function. You plan and monitor the construction costs and the billing of the commissioned services. You take over the execution planning, tendering, organisation, control and control of measures for building entertainment. You implement climate protection measures and the real estate renovation plans.

Complete study architecture or comparable qualification. Relevant experience in procurement law (VOB), construction cost management/controlling and performance phases 5 to 8. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1). Driver's license and willingness to use your own vehicle for reimbursement.
