Expert Contract Management (m/f/d)

In your role, you support purchasing as an expert (m/w/d) for contracting. You create project-specific and general model contracts for use in purchasing. You will set up internal application instructions and manuals to facilitate the handling of these model contracts as well as other contract-relevant topics by employees in purchasing. You support purchasing in negotiations with suppliers. You identify training needs. You help identify contractual risks and improve our contracting in purchasing. You act as a link to the legal department. You help build and maintain contract and pattern databases.

You have a successfully completed degree in law / economic law. You bring practical experience in contract law and negotiations with suppliers, optimally in an international context. Knowledge and experience (especially practical) with contract processing in the project business, which you can contribute to the creation and negotiation of contracts, are desirable. You have knowledge of German and English in a reliable manner. Knowledge in the area of SAP complements your profile. You have a strong enthusiasm for technical relationships, an excellent solution orientation and are versed in moderation and presentation. You take responsibility and have a very good enforcement capability.
