In your 15-month rotation-based trainee program, you will learn to know the company completely. Within the framework of Public Sector Germany, you are a team member of our coverage unit, municipalities, municipal companies such as large municipal works and business associations and educational institutions.The range of tasks includes the holistic analysis: from business model to financial indicators to the sustainability of companies and municipalities in the context of the respective industry and macroeconomic development. In the structuring of the individual products, we work closely with the product specialists from all areas in the Deal team and part of our international UniCredit banking group and, for example, accompany transactions up to billions in height, e.g. in the field of infrastructure and rail passenger transport transactions.

In your 15-month trainee program we make you fit in the: Analysis of business models with regard to financing possibilities or transformation and transition risks. You learn to understand strengths, weaknesses, risks among individual companies, but also to recognize business opportunities for the bank. After onboarding in your home base, you design your individual rotation plan and actively shape the individual journey of your trainee program.
