Your tasks:

• Our team of application consultants takes care of the advice of our customers from the pharmacy area around our proprietary software IXOS
• After intensive incorporation, you will conduct customer appointments and take on the professional preparation, initial instruction and post-training
• You act as an important expertly-competent adviser (m/w/d) and you can also make it emotionally and personally to pick up and take the customer on your way to the new system

Your profile:

• You have a completed training for the pharmaceutical-technical assistant (PTA) or for the pharmaceutical-commercial employee (PKA)
• You already have first IXOS knowledge and can give it convincingly
• You work carefully, structured and systematic
• You are a team player and you are enjoying the handling of customers
• You are flexible and happy to travel in the field
• Class 3/B driving licence
