• P2A maintenance management in terms of processes, systems, tools and information (12-gate model)

• Support in extending the standards and requirements of the maintenance department to other technologies in the current portfolio and in newly built systems

• Providing the agreed improvements of the current tools and processes for other technologies and newly built systems (maintenance KPIs, MSPT, selected CMMS tool, mobile apps, etc.)

• Management of the process to provide the services of the maintenance department for existing plants

• Project management of new improvements for SAP and mobile apps parallel to COODE initiatives and take over the role as portfolio manager for COODE

• Management of continuous improvement and support of maintenance KPI dashboard

• Work on the performance reporting of the maintenance department and COODE initiatives that will be required for new technologies with OE knowledge

• pioneering digital evolution for the entire team, with improvements from or for the other two teams within the maintenance department

• Relevant degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences

• Working according to the 'Uniper Way'

• Strong conceptual, analytical and strategic skills are essential, experience in project management is of advantage/privileged

• Strategic understanding of energy market trends and customer strategy and requirements

• Relevant operational experience and technical competence in the management of similar plants/business processes

• Experience in the development of maintenance strategies or concepts for capital-intensive industry

• Ability to influence and manage cultural diversity across hierarchy, technology and country boundaries

• Ability to build, develop and motivate powerful teams

• Negotiating English and German are desirable
