Your duties

• Maintaining of supply engineering plants – Focus on electric
• Waiting and repairing building equipment – Focus on electric
• Finded analysis and rapid repair in case of malfunctions
• Record and evaluate the documentation on the inventory and operation
• Contact for customers and colleagues on site

This will inspire us

• Completed training as an electronic | electro-installer | Electromoneteur or comparable qualification
• Experience in technical building management or service desirable
• Cross-trade expertise desirable
• Including professional experience
• High level of commitment and reliability
• Customer-oriented independent working and communicative appearance
• Team player and joy in joint success
• readiness to take on call (in 6-week rhythm)
• Basic EDV knowledge with laptop, smartphone and tablets
• Car driver's license
