Alexianer St. Hedwig Kliniken Berlin GmbH operates two general hospitals in Berlin-Mitte and Berlin Treptow-Köpenick. Both locations are academic teaching hospitals of the Charité and are part of the nationwide Alexian group. More than 2,500 employees provide approximately 150,000 patients per year in a stationary, semi-stationary and outpatient manner. The medical offer includes 17 somatic clinics as well as two psychiatric clinics. To further develop an evidence-based, patient-oriented care, we are looking for a nursing expert / Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) (mwd). You work in the layer system in direct patient care. In the APN function, with an agreed percentage of hours, you actively shape demanding nursing care processes, strengthen the team's specialist development and create new impulses for quality, advice and interprofessional cooperation.
