As a production assistant (m/w/d) in plastics and rubber processing, you support the entire production process and, together with your team, ensure that the production is running around.

• Operation and monitoring of machines in plastics production
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Implementation of simple visual and quality controls
• Elimination of small disturbances after appropriate instruction
• Compliance with all safety, work and quality guidelines
• Cleanliness and order in your workplace

We are looking for

• First experience in production or machine operation is advantageous, but not necessary
• readiness to work in the continuous layer system
• Technical understanding and interest in production processes in plastics and rubber processing
• Reliable, concentrated and responsible operation
• Team skills and willingness to support colleagues
• Quick conception, high level of learning
• Loadability and endurance in everyday production
