Your tasks include developing and implementing AI solutions: You are part of our Data Science team and develop innovative applications from Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) and implement them holisticly, e.g. to further develop customer interactions and automate business processes integration into existing systems: You integrate the AI models into our products and work closely with product management and IT teams to ensure seamless integration into production (e.g. connection to databases, APIs) operation and monitoring: You monitor the model performance, identify possibilities for improvement and drive the stable operation optimization and further development: you analyze the performance of the models and drive their scalability and efficiency by implementing state-of-the-art technologies and methods What you bring with Drive and Motivation: You are passionate about AI and LLM training and have the motivation to drive these technologies and drive ahead You have a very good degree in computer science, data science or a related discipline experience in the development of AI applications: You have first practical experience in developing Generative AI solutions and LLMs (e.g. Prompt Engineering or Fine-tuning), ideally including integration into existing IT systems via MCP. In addition, concepts such as Agentic AI are familiar with technical skills: You have very good python skills and have first experience with Git, Docker and the development of APIs.
