Working Student (m/w/d) Brand & Marketing Communications

The SUSS Group, headquartered in Garching near Munich, develops and manufactures process solutions for the microstructure applications in the semiconductor industry and related markets – an area where SUSS MicroTec has 75 years of experience. Our portfolio includes a wide range of products and solutions for backend lithography, wafer bonding and photomask cleaning. There are also highly specialized lithography tools for imprinting. As a working student in the Brand & Marketing Communications Team, you support various projects and campaigns that strengthen SUSS's global brand presence. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in brand development, digital marketing, content creation, product marketing communication and event coordination.

Brand Support & Marketing Campaigns: Support in Creating Branding Measures, Campaigns and Creating Marketing Materials Content Creation: Participation in creating and editing exciting content for various channels such as social media, internal communication, newsletters, blogs and the corporate website Event coordination: assistance in preparation and logistics for trade fairs, webinars and internal events Reporting & Analytics: Support in the Performance Analysis of Marketing Campaigns and Trend Scouting in Marketing Administrative activities: assistance in organizational and administrative tasks within the Brand & Marketing Communications Team (e.g. digital asset management, sales support etc.)

Bachelor or Master's degree course, preferably in marketing, communication, communication design, business management or a related area Strong interest in branding, marketing and the semiconductor industry Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German Secure handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Knowledge of common design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Canva) are advantageous Experience in managing social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital marketing tools Very good organizational skills, detailed orientation and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
